Some items may be limited edition, made-to-order, or available only during specific drops. Once sold out, these items may not be restocked.

We make every effort to display product colors, textures, and details accurately, but slight variations may occur due to screen settings and lighting.

3. Pricing & Payments

All prices listed on the website are in INR (₹) and are subject to change without prior notice.

We accept payments through secure payment gateways available on the website. Orders will only be processed once payment is successfully received.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, a ₹149 shipping fee must be paid in advance while placing the order.

Orders below ₹499 will have a ₹99 delivery charge.

4. Shipping & Delivery

Orders are usually dispatched within 1–2 business days after being placed. However, pre-order and made-to-order items may take up to 7 business days to dispatch.

Once dispatched, delivery generally takes 5–7 business days depending on your location and courier service availability.

TWO ELEVEN is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, weather conditions, public holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.

5. Returns & Exchanges

We offer returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery, subject to our Return & Exchange Policy.

Returned products must be:

Unused and unwashed
In original condition
Returned with all original tags and packaging intact

Products with stains, perfume marks, makeup marks, damage after delivery, or signs of wear may not be accepted.

The following items are non-returnable:

Socks & accessories
Sale or discounted products
Limited edition/customized products

Refunds are processed only after the returned item passes quality inspection.
