Refund policy
• Once your returned item is received by our team, it will go through a quality inspection process to ensure that it meets our return eligibility criteria. The item must be unused, unwashed, in its original condition, and returned with all original tags and packaging intact.
• After the product successfully passes inspection, your refund will be initiated to the original payment method used while placing the order. Refunds are generally processed within 5–7 business days, although the exact timeline may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
- Please note that any shipping or COD charges paid at the time of placing the order are non-refundable. In cases where the returned product does not pass the quality check, the return request may be declined and the product may be shipped back to you.
